Nederburg Edelkeur is a South African dessert wine made by Nederburg in Paarl.
South Africa's first botrytised wine, by Günter Brözel; its sugar was above the legal limit for ordinary sale, so it could be sold only at auction, which led to the Nederburg Auction (1975).
